Hair oil for healthy and long hair

  A healthy and a long hair is a dream of every girl. If you spare some time to care your hair, then you can surely get a healthy hair. A little bit of fact is there that hair growth can be hereditary. But there are so many people having long hair without the hereditary matter. By eating food which contains proteins helps in hair growth. And by applying oil on our hair has an important role in hair care. I had a long hair , but I don't really takes long time to take care it. I just apply a homemade oil . 

      

 My mom usually makes a hair oil using herbs from our garden and backyard . Neelamri , Bringraj , henna leaves , aloevera , hibiscus flowers and leaves , curry leaves etc are the main ingredients. First heat coconut oil in a vessel. We usually uses iron vessel. In this coconut oil , add all the herbs mentioned above . And boil it for sometime. And use it after it became cool, you can also apply it with small heat.   We use this oil almost 4 days in a week.  

 It is so effective for hair growth. This also prevents hair fall and split end problems .  Once in a week , add some drop of lavender oil in this oil and massages in the scalp . This is great remedy for dandruff problems and using lavender oil our hair will get a good smell. This can help you to give you good sleep at night and this smell really gives me confidence to mingle with people.
